A gentle chair based class suitable for anyone who feels more comfortable on a chair than the floor. A chance to connect with body, mind and breath.

Bring your Baby/Toddler Yoga* (Wednesday 10 – 11am)

A class for all parents who’d like to practice yoga but need to have their little ones with them. Please bring toys to keep the little ones occupied!

Gentle Yoga (Wednesday 4 – 5pm)

A gentle paced class inviting you to slow down and connect with your body, mind and breath in a curious and kind way.

Go with the Flow Yoga (Wednesday 5.15 – 6.15pm)

A varied class with moments of relaxation as well as more energetic flows to get the heart pumping, alongside options to try some more challenging postures as the weeks progress.

Drop-ins welcome. Please email to book a mat though if you need one.


What to bring?

Comfortable clothing, a yoga/sports mat (if you don’t have one please email me and I will bring one for you, this includes chair yoga classes), water & an open mind.

All classes are £10 drop-in (cash) or you can buy a Six Class Pass for £48 (£8 a class) – passes are valid for 3 months. You can either buy these in cash at class or email me to book.

Discounts are available for those on low income, just send me an email to discuss.


* Please note: General advice is that the first 6 weeks after birth are a time for bonding with the baby and for your body to heal post birth. By the end of the first 6/7 weeks and after the postnatal check (12 weeks post caesarean) women should be ready to return to their regular practice of yoga, but it is important to listen to what your body is ready to do. Please consult your GP for advice on when to resume/start practising yoga.

Private Class 1 : 1

Oxford / Oxfordshire

1 : 1’s can be great for many reasons, a few of which I’ve listed below;

  • if you don’t have the confidence to attend a public class
  • you don’t have time to attend a class and/or would like the convenience of someone coming to your home
  • you would like a personalised class that is right for your body
  • if you’re working with an injury.

I love teaching 1 : 1 as there is more opportunity to work on correct alignment, ensuring you are getting the most from your practice. It is a chance to fully relax, tuning in to your mind, body and spirit and seeing what you need at each particular session. Some days you’ll want a slower practice and other days you might want something more challenging. The choice is always yours.

What you’ll need;

A private space in your home where we won’t be disturbed. Your own mat (or I can advise on what to buy), comfortable clothing and an open mind.


£60 – £85 for a one hour session, price dependent on location and requirements.

I can also bring yoga to your place of work, giving colleagues a chance to slow down, re-set and bring peace of mind in an otherwise busy day whilst having a bit of fun.
